土木工程专业本硕博贯通培养模式创新研究

Abstract
Civil engineering as a basic engineering field,in recent years,under the background of accelerated urbanization and continuous improvement of infrastructure construction,the industry demand continues to be strong.In order to meet the needs of the development of the industry,colleges and universities should fully understand and grasp the latest trend of the industry when training civil engineering professionals,locate the training objectives,and carry out personnel training in a targeted way.The paper focuses on key areas of industrial development,such as green buildings,smart cities,prefabricated buildings and other emerging fields,train students to master relevant cutting-edge technologies,interdisciplinary talent needs,pays attention to training students'practical ability,innovation ability and comprehensive quality,and enhance students'employment competitiveness.In accordance with the needs of regional economic and social development,we will train professionals who can adapt to the development of local industries.关键词
