摘要

Abstract

Postgraduate training is in the stage of transforming from high-speed development to high-quality development,which is also an important basis for building an innovative country and promoting national modernization.However,the exploration and application of the comprehensive model are not sufficient in traditional training of creative talents for the postgraduates majored in physical geography.Based on the research status and background of the current talent training model of postgraduates majored in physical geography,the physical geography teaching team of Northwest University grasps the theme of comprehensiveness and innovation,clarifies the common problems of the traditional talent training model from the dimensions of thought guidance,team collaboration and integration support,and finally puts forward the practical graduate innovative talent training model and measures.It is helpful to enrich the theoretical research of postgraduate personnel training mode,and has reference value for the postgraduate training practice and education construction of education management departments at all levels and colleges and universities.
