'泰斛1号'铁皮石斛崖壁仿生栽培技术研究
Cliff wall simulated cultivation technology for Dendrobium officinale'Taihu No.1'

Abstract
[Objective]To address the technical challenges of low survival rate and unstable quality in cliffwallsimulated cultivation of Dendrobium officinale,and to promote the application of the new cultivar 'Taihu No.1'.[Method]Using Dendrobium officinale' Taihu No.1' as material,single-factor experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of different seedling acclimation periods(tissue-cultured,six-month,and one-year seedlings),attachment methods(cable clip,cable clip and moss,or cable clipwith Selaginella tamariscina),and water-fertilizer management(misting frequency,fertilizer type)on transplantation survival rate,biomass accumulation,and polysaccharide content.[Result]The optimal cultivation protocol was achieved by using six-month acclimated seedlings directly attached to the cliff,supplemented with 15-minute daily misting and compound Trichoderma fertilizer during the growth period.This approach resulted in a survival rate of 96.31%,an average fresh weight of 9.92 g per clump,and a polysaccharide content of 35.08%in dry stems.[Conclusion]A set of key techniques for cliffwallsimulated cultivation of Dendrobium officinale'Taihu No.1' was developed,which significantly improves the survival rate,yield,and quality,providing reliable technical support for the industrial development of Dendrobium officinale in Danxia landform areas.关键词
