3份武夷名丛乌龙茶的植株性状及制茶品质比较分析
Comparative analysis of plant traits and processing quality in three Wuyi famous bush oolong tea cultivars

Abstract
[Objective]To fully exploit the germplasm resources of oolong tea and provide diverse new breeding materials for the development of Wuyi rock tea.[Method]This study selected three Wuyi famous bush oolong teas—'Liulanxiang','Dahongmei' and 'Zhuangyuanhong'—as experimental materials,with 'Huangdan' serving as the control variety(CK).Botanical traits of the tea plants were systematically observed,followed by quality analysis after oolong tea processing.[Result]Analyzed from the phenophase of these objects,tall three research subjects were later than the control variety'Huang Dan'(CK).Among them,the phenological period of 'Dahongmei' was on average 17 days later than CK,which was the earliest among the three.'Liulanxiang' was the second,and 'Zhuangyuanhong' was the latest.By analyzing the biochemical components of the oolong tea produced from the target objects,the content of L-theanine from high to low is as follows:'Liulanxiang'(11.40 mg/g),CK(9.80 mg/g),' Zhuangyuanhong'(6.56 mg/g),and 'Dahongmei'(2.25 mg/g).In terms of catechin components,the contents of EC(epicatechin),ECG(epicatechin gallate)and C(catechin)from Dahongmei is 10.15 mg/g,22.63 mg/g and 0.99 mg/g,respectively,and were significantly higher than that of 'Liulanxiang','Zhuangyuanhong' and the CK group.Analyzing of the CAF(caffeine),the contents of 'Liulanxiang','Dahongmei' and'Zhuangyuanhong' is 23.55 mg/g,16.41 mg/g and 15.89 mg/g,respectively.And the contents of both of the former two are higher than that of CK.The sensory evaluation scores are in the following order:'Liulanxiang'>'Zhuangyuanhong'>CK>'Dahongmei'.[Conclusion]Among the three Wuyi famous bush oolong teas,'Liulanxiang' exhibited the highest quality,followed by 'Zhuangyuanhong'.关键词
