摘要

Abstract

[Objective]By comparing the grafting conditions of different rootstock-scion combinations,the suitable rootstock-scion combinations were screened out,which laid a theoretical foundation for the healthy development of kiwifruit industry in Fujian province in the future.[Method]In this study,kiwifruit 'Miliang-1','Jinyan' and 'Donghong'were used as scions,and Actinidia deliciosa,Actinidia chinensis,Actinidia valvata and Actinidia eriantha were used as rootstocks to compare the grafting compatibility and growth vigor among the rootstock-scion combinations.[Result]The grafting survival rates for twelve rootstock-scion combinations exceeded 70%,demonstrating good graft compatibility.Among combinations sharing the same rootstock,the kiwifruit 'Miliang-1' scions produced the longest new shoots.Among those sharing the same scion,the combinations using Actinidia chinensis as the rootstock exhibited the longest and most robust shoots.Correlation analysis revealed a highly significant positive relationship between the grafting survival rate and new shoot length,as well as between scion diameter and the ratio of scion to rootstock.Principal component analysis identified that combinations grafted onto rootstocks of Actinidia deliciosa and Actinidia chinensis showed superior graft compatibility and plant growth vigor.Among all combinations,the 'Miliang-1'/Actinidia chinensis combination was determined to be the optimal rootstock-scion pair.[Conclusion]The rootstocks of Actinidia deliciosa and Actinidia chinensis were used as prior consideration for kiwifruit grafting.In replanted or waterlogging-prone areas,Actinidia valvata or Actinidia eriantha may be considered as alternative rootstock options.
