Incubating Artificial Intelligence Industry with a Large Model Industry Ecosystem

Abstract
Against the background of accelerated iteration of global artificial intelligence technology,the construction of a large-scale model industry ecosystem has become a core force in incubating the artificial intelligence industry.It not only accelerates technological innovation,but also promotes industrial integration and upgrading.In depth research on the basic theory and incuba-tion path of incubating the artificial intelligence industry with a large model industry ecosystem is of great theoretical and practical significance for grasping the development trend of artificial intelligence,enhancing industrial competitiveness,and promoting the digital and intelligent transformation of the economy and society.On April 29th of this year,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out during a survey of the"Model Speed Space"large model innovation ecological community in Shanghai:"Artificial intelligence technology is accelerating iteration and is ushering in explosive development.Shanghai needs to summarize the successful experience of incubating the artificial intelligence industry with the large model industry ecosystem,increase exploration efforts,and strive to be at the forefront of artificial intelligence development and governance,producing demonstration effects".This article systematical-ly analyzes the basic theory and core logic of building a large-scale model industry ecosystem and proposes a four wheel driven in-dustrial incubation path of"national innovation system,venture capital management,AI leading enterprises and scenario fission innovation".It is necessary to stabilize the market through the national innovation system,activate the market through venture capi-tal,provide basic large-scale models through AI leading enterprises,and accelerate the landing of key technologies through sce-nario fission.In view of the current problems such as insufficient efficiency of industrial transformation and technical barriers to be broken,this paper proposes measures such as inclusive computing,data compliance,scenario engineering,and forward-looking governance,providing theoretical support and practical paradigm for the development of China's AI industrial clusters.关键词
