摘要

Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the fresh-keeping effects of vasing treatments with a novel bactericide,ionic nano-silver(NS),and its combination with citric acid and sucrose,on the cut spray carnations(Dianthus caryophyllus L.'Prince').The results showed that,compared with the control group(using the deionized water as the vase solution),the separate vase treatment of ionized NS,the combination of ionized NS and citric acid,and the combination of ionized NS and citric acid with sucrose could prolong the vase life and improve the ornamental quality of the cut flower to varying degrees,and effectively maintain their fresh weight and water balance of flowering branches.Among them,the vase treatment with 5 mg·L-1 ionic NS+200 mg·L-1 citric acid+3%sucrose had the most prominent effect on the improvement of the ornamental quality of the cut flower,which could obviously promote the opening of the flower.Their florets opened fully,displayed vibrant colors,and emitted a pleasant fragrance.The experimental results demonstrated that the vase treatment with the combination solution of ionic NS,citric acid and sucrose with appropriate concentration had good preservation effect and application prospect on Dianthus caryophyllus L.'Prince'.
