化肥减量配施生物有机肥对蕹菜产量、品质及土壤酶活性的影响
Effect of Chemical Fertilizer Reduction Combined with the Application of Biological Organic Fertilizers on the Yield,Quality,and Soil Enzyme Activity of Water Spinach

Abstract
In order to explore the effects of reducing the chemical fertilizers combined with the application of bio-organic fertilizers on the yield,quality,and soil enzyme activity of water spinach,the field experiments were conducted with four fertilization treatments(T1:20%reduction in chemical fertilizers+bio-organic fertilizers,T2:20%reduction in chemical fertilizers+organic fertilizers without added functional bacteria,CK1:single application of chemical fertilizers,CK2:no fertilization),in order to analyze the effects of different treatments on the growth,yield and quality of water spinach,and the soil enzyme activity.The results showed that the T1 treatment group had the best plant height,root length,leaf length,leaf width,yield,quality,and soil enzyme activity for water spinach.Among them,the yield of T1 increased by 12.6%compared to CK1;The contents of Vc,soluble sugar and soluble protein increased by 27.4%,25.0%,and 19.0%,respectively,while the nitrate content decreased by 31.0%.The soil enzyme activities(alkaline phosphatase,catalase,urease,sucrase,protease)increased by 17.79%,22.61%,19.26%,35.43%,and 42.98%,respectively,with significant differences observed.The results showed that a 20%reduction in chemical fertilizers combined with the application of biological organic fertilizers could effectively improve the yield,quality,and soil enzyme activity of water spinach.关键词
