苦瓜新品种广良110的选育
Breeding of the New Bitter gourd Cultivar GL 110

Abstract
Guangliang 110 was a new variety of oil melon,which was bred by the hybridization of high-generation inbred line YIN-21 as the female parent and high-generation inbred line YIN-32 as the male parent.This variety belonged to the oil gourd type,with strong plant growth vigor.From sowing to first harvest,it took 74-84 days in spring and 50-51 days in autumn.The fruit had a longitudinal diameter of 27-30 cm and a transverse diameter of 6-7 cm,with an average weight of about 450 g.The fruit color was bright and glossy,with a regular shape,a relatively flat shoulder and a blunt tail.In the multi-point trials in Zhuhai,Guangzhou and Zhanjiang in 2023,the average yield in spring was 45 540.00 kg·hm-1,with an increase of 9.7%compared to the control.The average yield in autumn was 36 495.00 kg·hm-1,which was 9.5%higher than that of the control.The variety had good comprehensive disease resistance,and no fusarium wilt occurred in the field test.The disease index of powdery mildew was 9.26,which was better than that of the control Fenglv balsam pear.The results showed that the soluble solids content of Guangliang 110 was 2.7%,the ascorbic acid(vitamin C)content was 54.4 mg·hg-1,and the crude fiber content was 0.8%.On the whole,Guangliang 110 was suitable for being planted in spring and autumn in Guangdong.关键词
