局部放电电压及放电时长对油纸绝缘劣化性能的影响研究

Abstract
To investigate the impact of partial discharge(PD)on insulation degradation of oil-immersed electrical equipment,a partial discharge testing platform for oil-paper insulation is set up.The impact of PD voltage and dura-tion on the damage of insulation paper,the contents and morphology of free carbon in insulating oil is discussed.The experimental results show that both the PD voltage and duration induce a significant influence on the degradation of insulation paper and the generation of free carbon particles.It is found through visual morphology and image analysis that with the increase of PD voltage and duration,carbonization marks on the insulation paper surface increases,and the damage area expands evidently.When the discharge voltage is increased from 20 kV to 45 kV,the free carbon content is increased by approximately 50.88%after PD process for 120 s,with a notable increase in the size of carbon particles.The long discharge time leads to the increase of both free carbon content and particle size.Especially,at voltage of 45 kV,the discharge time is extended from 30 s to 120 s,and the growth rate of free carbon is upto 61.41%.This study in this paper reveals the relationship of partial discharge and oil-paperin sulationdegradation,providing theoretical support and experimental basis for insulation monitoring and maintenance of oil-immersed electrical equipment.关键词
