电磁喷丸微粒子加速过程研究

Abstract
In order to further optimize the realization method of multi-stage coil electromagnetic shot peening,the acceleration mechanism of ferromagnetic particulates in the magnetic field of traveling waves was revealed.Based on the principle of virtual work,the electromagnetic force model of ferromag-netic particulates on the axis of the coaxial coil was established,and the basic conditions for particulate agglomeration were explored.The influence of coil current parameters on the acceleration state was ana-lyzed by finite element simulation.An effective current regulation mechanism was proposed and veri-fied by hardware experiments.The simulation and experimental results show good consistency,which lays a theoretical foundation and technical conditions for the further acceleration of subsequent electro-magnetic shot peening.关键词
