硼酸改性全水发泡酚醛泡沫塑料的研究
Research on Boric Acid-modified Fully Water-blown Phenolic Foam Plastics

Abstract
To mitigate safety risks and reduce environmental pollution associated with phenolic foam,water was selected as the blowing agent to replace traditional organic blowing agents such as ethyl ether,n-pentane,and petroleum ether.The results demonstrate that the addition of boric acid signifi-cantly enhances the properties of phenolic foam.When the addition amount reaches 15 wt%,the com-pressive strength of the material increases by 15.7%compared to the control group,while the oxygen in-dex is 50%,representing an 85.2%improvement over the control group.In terms of thermal stability,the boric acid-modified foam exhibits a 35.2%elevation in initial degradation temperature and a 150.3%rise in residual mass at 500℃.It achieves residual mass at 800℃that is 27 times greater than that of the control group,thereby demonstrating exceptional flame retardancy and thermal stability.关键词
