Abstract

Objective:According to the characteristics of the ancient book named Shang Han Za Bing Lun Ji Zhu,the knowledge frame-work is organized through the theory of"Six-meridian syndrome differentiation",the original entries and medical annotations are ex-tracted,and the knowledge composition and association mode are analyzed as the core elements,so as to promote the explicit knowledge of Shang Han Za Bing Lun Ji Zhu.Methods:Using Shang Han Za Bing Lun Ji Zhu as the data source,the relevant concepts and enti-ties of traditional Chinese medicine were constructed by manual labeling,and the corresponding relationship between entities was estab-lished,and the knowledge graph of entities,relationships and attributes was designed by using Neo4j's Cypher language to realize graph-ical interactive query and associative reasoning.Results:The knowledge graph constructs 11 types of nodes,with a total of 3947 nodes,and constructs 10 types of relationships with a total of 3847 coefficients.A total of 115 ancient and modern doctors have been annotated in the original article.Conclusion:This study realizes the construction of the knowledge graph and the visualization of the text content of the ancient book named Shang Han Za Bing Lun Ji Zhu,which is conducive to improving the understanding of medical workers in the annotation of Shang Han Za Bing Lun Ji Zhu.
