施氮量与留叶数对烤烟碳氮代谢及烟叶品质的影响
Effects of Nitrogen Application Rate and Retained Leaf Count on Carbon and Nitrogen Metabolism and Leaf Quality of the New Flue-Cured Tobacco Line HG2

Abstract
A two-factor randomized block experiment was conducted with different nitrogen application rates(150,180,and 210 kg/hm2)and retained leaf counts(14,16,and 18)in Youzhu Village,Shashi Town,Liuyang City in 2024 to explore the effects of nitrogen application rate and retained leaf count on the carbon-nitrogen metabolism and leaf quality of the new flue-cured tobacco line HG2.The results indicated that nitrogen application rate was the main factor affecting the plant height,stem circumference,and maximum leaf width,while retained leaf count had no significant effect on the agronomic traits.The interaction between nitrogen application rate and retained leaf count was insignificant.Both factors significantly influenced the carbon and nitrogen metabolism of HG2 plants and the chemical components in flue-cured tobacco.Moreover,their interaction significantly affected the activities of nitrate reductase and amylase in the leaves.The treatment with nitrogen application at 180 kg/hm2 and 16 retained leaves showed excellent agronomic traits,normal transition of carbon and nitrogen metabolism,and appropriate sugar-to-alkaloid ratio of the middle and upper leaves after curing,thus resulting in high-quality tobacco leaves.Therefore,it is recommended that the technical measure of applying 180 kg/hm2 of nitrogen and retaining 16 leaves could be adopted as the reference standard for nitrogen application and leaf retention in the cultivation of HG2 in Liuyang.关键词
