Influence Mechanism Analysis of Qi Depression and Qi Deficiency Constitution on Short Video Addiction Based on"Integration of Form and Spirit Concept"

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of Qi depression and Qi deficiency constitution on short video addiction and the chain media-ting role of social anxiety and self-control between the two from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine theory and psychologi-cal theory.Methods:The questionnaires distributed offline to 529 middle school students were tested with Traditional Chinese Medicine Physical Fitness Scale-30 Items Short Version,the Social Anxiety Scale,the Short Form Self-Control Scale,and the Short Video Ad-diction Index Questionnaire.Results:(1)Qi depression constitution,Qi deficiency constitution,social anxiety and short video addiction were significantly positively correlated,and qi depression,qi deficiency,social anxiety,short video addiction and self-control were sig-nificantly negatively correlated.(2)The social anxiety level and short video addiction tendency of students with high Qi depression con-stitution and Qi deficiency constitution were significantly higher than those of students with low qi depression and qi deficiency tenden-cy,while the self-control ability was significantly lower than that of students with low qi depression and qi deficiency tendency.(3)Adolescent Qi depression constitution can not only directly predict short video addiction,but also indirectly affect short video addiction through social anxiety and self-control;(4)Social anxiety and self-control also have a chain mediating role in the relationship be-tween adolescent Qi depression constitution and short video addiction.Conclusion:Adolescent Qi depression constitution is a susceptible constitution of short video addiction,and social anxiety and self-control play a mediating role in it.关键词
