从中医五脏角度干预手机依赖症
Intervention of Mobile Phone Dependence from Perspective of Five Zang Theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
As an addictive behavior,mobile phone dependence damages people's health including physiological,psychological,and so-cial functions.Physiologically,prolonged use of mobile phones with your head down leads to neck and spine damage,and blue light emit-ted by screens causes permanent damage to vision,causing a series of problems such as distraction,memory loss,vertigo,and decreased sleep quality.In terms of psychological and social functioning,mobile phone dependence produces psychological problems such as de-pression,anxiety,paranoia,compulsion,and interpersonal sensitivity.The"Five Zang as a whole concept"in traditional Chinese medi-cine covers the main physiological systems of the human body.Five Zang harmony can avoid Evil Factor invading;injury of Five Zang would lead to Evil Factor invading.For the Five Zang,mobile phone dependence can lead to Liver Qi depression and blood storage dys-function,insufficient Heart Qi and lack of nutrition in mental health,the unhealthy Spleen and clear Qi rising problem,insufficient ab-normal Lung Qi descending,insufficient Kidney Essence and imbalance of Essence storing and dispersing.In terms of interventions,based on the Five Zang theory and combined with traditional Chinese medicine,exercises and other intervention and conditioning has the advantages of being more personalized and diverse,compared with simple exercise,health education and behavioral therapy.关键词
