浅析中医心理学与西方心理学的分野与互鉴
A Brief Analysis of Distinction and Mutual Learning Between Traditional Chinese Medicine Psychology and Western Psychology

Abstract
There is a certain correlation and commonality between traditional Chinese medicine psychology and western psychology in terms of research objectives and practical applications,both of which pay attention to human psychological phenomena and development laws and are committed to promoting individual mental health.However,as two independent discipline systems,traditional Chinese med-icine psychology is rooted in traditional Chinese medicine theory,emphasizing the unity of body and mind and emotional regulation,while western psychology is based on experimental science,focusing on quantitative analysis and experimental research on psychological phenomena.The theoretical methods and systems of traditional Chinese medicine psychology are more in line with the psychological de-velopment and personality of Chinese people,and the development achievements of western psychology cannot be ignored.On the basis of fully exploring the commonalities and connections,divisions and mutual learning between traditional Chinese medicine psychology and western psychology,we should enrich the research content of traditional Chinese medicine psychology,expand the research horizons,and promote the modernization and transformation of traditional Chinese medicine psychology through the complementarity and harmony of theoretical foundations,the integration and interaction of research methods,and the continuous innovation of clinical practice.关键词
