Treatment of Hypertension Combined with Anxiety Based on"Heart Being Foundation and Fire Being Image"
摘要
Abstract
The underlying mechanism of hypertension combined with anxiety is rooted in the"Heart",while the symptomatic manifesta-tion is"Fire".The"Heart"governs the Five Zang and Six Fu organs,triggering a multi-organ interaction that affects the circulation of Qi,blood,and body Fluids,as well as the production of pathological substances such as Phlegm,stasis,and stagnation."Fire"not only reflects the characteristics of clinical manifestations of hypertension with anxiety but also reveals the internal mechanisms corresponding to its external"Fire symptoms".In clinical treatment,methods such as"clearing the Heart Fire and calming the spirit as well as de-scending Heart Fire to balance Liver Yang","dredging the cardinal as well as harmonizing Heart and Kidney to dissipate Phlegm and stasis",and"nurturing the Heart and regulating blood to benefit the prognosis of the disease"are emphasized,aiming to contribute to the clinical evidence and prognosis of hypertension combined with anxiety.关键词
