参元丹治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的机制
Mechanisms of Shen Yuan Pellet Treatment of Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease

Abstract
Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is one of the main syndromes of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD).Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is associated with autophagy,inflammatory response,oxidative stress,cell apoptosis,and platelet dysfunction.Qi-invigorating and blood-activating herbal formulas mainly used for the treatment of unstable angina pectoris,periopera-tive myocardial injury,ischemic heart failure,etc.In clinical practice,Qi-invigorating and blood-moving products are selected,with a heavy use of insect-based medicines,combined to form the Qi-invigorating and blood-moving recipe Shen Yuan Pellet,which is composed of the followings:Zhihuangqi(roasted Astragalus),Shuizhi(Leech),Dangshen(Codonopsis),Tubiechong(Ground beeltle),Dilong(Lumbricus),Xuanshen(Radix scrophulariae),Danshen(Salvia),and Yanhusuo(Corydalis tuber).The formulation of Shen Yuan Dan is rigorous,achieving therapeutic effects on CHD through multiple pathways and targets,with its Qi-invigorating and blood-activating mechanisms mutually corroborating with the molecular biological mechanisms of autophagy,inflammatory response,oxida-tive stress,cell apoptosis,and platelet function.However,there are still the following shortcomings:(1)The research on the regulation of platelet function and the interaction mechanisms related to autophagy and apoptosis by Shen Yuan Pellet is not deep enough;(2)In-flammatory responses,oxidative stress,and apoptosis are components of the mechanism of Qi deficiency and blood stasis,and the tradi-tional Chinese medicine connotations within these areas still need further exploration;(3)The micro-mechanisms of different Qi disor-ders such as Qi deficiency and Qi stagnation still need further investigation.Clinical and fundamental work related to Shen Yuan Pellet provides a basis for using the Qi-invigorating and blood-activating method to treat coronary heart disease(CHD),paving the way for further modernization of traditional Chinese medicine theory and exploring new directions for the integrative medicine.关键词
