减氮配施生物菌肥对玉米产量及生物性状的影响
Effects of Nitrogen Reduction Combined with Microbial Fertilizer Application on the Yield and Biological Traits of Maize

Abstract
This study investigates the effects of nitrogen reduction combined with microbial fertilizer application on the yield and biological traits of maize,aiming to explore the optimal ratio of microbial fertilizer to nitrogen fertilizer in maize production.The intelligent greenhouse pot experiment was carried out with 7 fertilization treatments:no fertilizer(CK),100%nitrogen fertilizer(A),80%nitrogen fertilizer+20%microbial fertilizer(B),60%nitrogen fertilizer+40%microbial fertilizer(C),40%nitrogen fertilizer+60%microbial fertilizer(D),20%nitrogen fertilizer+80%microbial fertilizer(E),and 100%microbial fertilizer(F).The results showed that compared with CK,the treatment C shortened the growth period of maize at each stage,while significantly increasing the upper leaf area,plant height,and ear weight by 22.90%,14.29%,and 156.29%,respectively.Compared with the treatment A,the treatment C shortened the whole growth period by 1.9 d,while increasing the plant height,ear height,stem diameter,ear length,and ear weight by 4.35%,3.04%,4.29%,31.62%,and 44.40%,respectively.The correlation analysis indicated that the application amount of microbial fertilizer was positively correlated with the growth period and negatively correlated with three-ear-leaf area,plant height,ear height,stem diameter,ear length,ear diameter,bare tip length,ear weight,and 100-kernel weight.The results implied that there was an appropriate range for the application amount of microbial fertilizer.Microbial fertilizer replacing 40%of nitrogen fertilizer can achieve the synergistic improvement of the yield and biological traits of maize.关键词
