基于"五脏生血"理论探讨化疗后骨髓抑制诊疗思路
Diagnosis and Treatment of Myelosuppression After Chemotherapy Based on"Five Zang Producing Blood"Theory
摘要
Abstract
Chemotherapy drugs belong to"Toxin Evil Factor",which disrupt the production of Qi and blood by damaging the functions of the Five Zang,in which the deficiency of the Spleen and Kidney are the most injured,affecting the Heart,Liver and Lung,eventually causing"myeloid failing in producing blood".The theory of"Five Zang producing blood"has core value in the overall regulation and treatment of myelosuppression.Specifically,Liver is like a reservoir in blood storing and drainage,and the regulation of the Liver can help the Spleen function and promote the Kidney Essence to produce blood;Heart manages blood circulation and it is the key of blood production so Heart Yang needs to be warmed and replenished;Spleen is the source of Qi and blood production and strengthening Spleen can restore the foundation of acquired constitution;Lungs is related to all of the meridians and assist the Heart in blood circula-tion so replenishing Lung Qi can activate the hematopoietic potential;Kidney store Essence and generate the marrow so tonifying Kidney and filling Essence can consolidate the innate root of human.Clinical practice has shown that the general principle of harmonizing the Yin and Yang of the Five Zang as well as strengthening Zheng Qi and dispelling Evil Factor,combined with the treatment methods of strengthening the Spleen and Kidney as well as invigorating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,can significantly improve the bone marrow hematopoietic microenvironment and promote the recovery of peripheral blood image.Modern studies have further revealed that TCM compound formula can alleviate myelosuppression by regulating hematopoietic cell apoptosis pathways and activating hemato-poietic growth factor expression.关键词
