Abstract
With the development of domestic hyperspectral satellite remote sensing,it is of great significance to verify the capability and feasibility of bathymetry retrieval for its further application.Aim at the hyperspectral image of Zhuhai-1,a semi-theoretical and semi-empirical model,random forest model and support vector machine regression model were constructed,and combined with the multi-beam measured bathymetry of Shenzhen Yantian Port,the bathymetry inversion capability was evaluated.The same time the inversion results of GF-1 multispectral image were compared and analyzed.The experimental results show that the Zhuhai-1 hyperspectral image can invere shallow bathymetry with high quality,and the inversion accuracy of more than two bands is better.The multi-band model and the random forest model performed well on hyperspectral images.The Root Mean Square Error and Mean Relative Error of the inversion results reached 0.819 m,0.109 and 0.804 m,0.135 respectively,and the accuracy was significantly better than that of the domestic GF-1 multispectral image data using the same model.The research methods and results in this paper provide some technical support for the application of bathymetry inversion with Zhuhai-1 hyperspectral image.关键词
