Abstract
This paper presented an intelligent tennis ball detection system.Taking tennis video as the research object,because there was some redundant information between the internal frames of the video,this paper improved the K-means clustering algorithm,and obtained the tennis video summary through the key frame extraction method to suppress other redundant information.After obtaining the key frame image,different target detection networks were analyzed and compared.In view of the characteristics of small size and fast movement of tennis ball,Yolov5 was selected as the detection network of tennis ball.In addition,this paper constructed the tennis ball data sets of different motion states and various scenes under different light to improve the generalization of the tennis ball detection system and improved the target detection accuracy.Finally,the system designed in this paper was verified by experimental data.The intelligent tennis detection system designed in this paper could effectively suppress the redundant information between the internal frames of the video,and at the same time could effectively detect the tennis in different scenes,which was helpful to realize the intelligent and efficient construction of tennis court.关键词
