Soft Backup Method of Gas Turbine Engine Speed Signal
摘要
Abstract
The application of fault-tolerant control in gas turbine engine is studied,especially the improvement of fault-tolerant speed signal.Considering that the engine operates under harsh conditions and the sensor is easily damaged,the traditional method of increasing hardware redundancy cannot meet the requirements.Therefore,a soft backup method of speed signal is proposed.By introducing analytic redundancy and performing high confidence fusion voting with hard-ware redundancy,the fault tolerance of sensor signal of engine control system is improved,so as to enhance engine safety.Firstly,an accurate engine component-level model is established according to the aero-thermodynamic principle of the gas turbine engine.Based on the component-level model and the co-working equations,the engine steady-state and dynamic models are established to realize the analytical reconstruction of the speed signal.Secondly,the soft backup scheme of speed signal is studied,and four voting algorithms are tested by Monte Carlo test for different fault types.The results show that the weighted average voting algorithm based on history has the highest accuracy.关键词
