不同种植密度对芸豆种子萌发、光合特性及产量的影响
Effect of Different Planting Densities on Seed Germination,Photosynthetic Characteristics and Yield of Kidney Beans

Abstract
In order to explore the effect of different planting densities on seed yield and quality of kidney bean,KENYUN 15 and KENYUN 13 were used as experimental materials,five different planting densities of 100 000,150 000,200 000,250 000,300 000 plants·hm-2 were set up,and the effects of different planting densities on the growth of the plant,photosynthetic capacity of the leaf,leaf common bacterial blight,dry matter accumulation,seed yield and seed germination of kidney bean were investigated to clarify the effects of different planting densities on seed germination,photosynthetic characteristics and yield of kidney bean.The results showed that:low-density planting(100 000,150 000 plants·hm-2)was favorable to promote individual plant growth and seed germination enhancement,reduce the common bacterial blight of kidney bean,and improve the photosynthetic capacity and dry matter quality of the plant,but the seed yield did not show the highest level;appropriate dense planting was favorable to improve the seed yield of kidney bean,and under the condition of 200 000 plants·ha-1,the seed yield of Kentucky kidney bean 15 Under the condition of 200 000 plants·hm-2,the seed yield of KENYUN 15 was 2 392.59 kg·hm-2,and that of KENYUN 13 was 2 642.92 kg·hm-2.The high planting densities(250 000,300 000 plants·hm-2)resulted in high incidence index of common bacterial blight of kidney bean,which was not conducive to the promotion of the individual growth of the plant,and reduced the yield of a single plant and the total yield of the population,as well as reduced the quality of the seed.Through comprehensive analyses,the appropriate density for the breeding of good kidney bean seeds in this region was 200 000 plants hm-2.关键词
