Abstract
For the steam system in industrial parks,a comprehensive diagnostic indicator system covering the entire process of steam production,transportation and utilization should be constructed,including measurement value indicators such as pressure,temperature and flow rate,as well as calculation value indicators such as superheat,pressure drop,temperature drop,pipe loss and pipe loss rate.Based on the real-time operation data of enterprises A and B in a certain park,the box plot method is adopted to eliminate outliers,and a dynamic threshold setting method is established to verify the validity of the indicators and thresholds.The results show that most indicators of the system are within the normal threshold range,but there are problems such as high temperature drop and fluctuation of pipe loss rate in the steam transmission link.Based on the diagnostic results,optimization suggestions such as intelligent scheduling,insulation renovation and steam quality control are proposed.This indicator system and dynamic threshold method can provide a core rule base and data reference for the intelligent diagnosis platform of the steam system,which is conducive to improving the operational efficiency and intelligent management level of the system.关键词
