摘要

Abstract

The effects of two different solvents(n-hexane and cyclohexane)for ultrasonic extraction on the volatile components of Lonicera caerulea leaves were evaluated regarding the types,relative content,and number of volatile components.The results showed that when n-hexane and cyclohexane were used as the solvents,21 and 43 volatile components were identified,with the total relative content of 96.93%and 98.99%,respectively.The relative content of esters obtained from extraction with the two solvents was higher than that of other compounds.The relative content of aromatics,carboxylic acids,olefins,and phenols obtained via cyclohexane was higher than that obtained via n-hexane.The relative content of alkanes,alcohols,esters,ethers,and ketones obtained via cyclohexane was lower than that obtained via n-hexane.The cyclohexane extract had higher number of aromatics,alkanes,phenols,alcohols,carboxylic acids,olefins,and esters than the n-hexane extract.Overall,n-hexane mainly extracted esters,alkanes,and alcohols,while cyclohexane shows better extraction efficiency for aromatics,carboxylic acids,and olefins,demonstrating the extraction effect superior to that of n-hexane.
