摘要

Abstract

To further investigate the degradation process of atrazine and effectively remove the residual atrazine in the environment.A degrading strain named G1-N1A was isolated from the soil of the farmland where atrazine was applied for a long time in Xingan Co-unty by enrichment method and streak separation method.The strain was identified by morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rRNA sequence analysis.Degradation conditions were analyzed by single variable method.Degradation genes were detected by PCR,and metabolic pathways of atrazine were predicted by non-target metabolomics analysis.The results showed that strain G1-N1A was identified as Paenarthrobacter nitroguajacolicus,and its degradation rate of 50 mg·L-1 atrazine was 98.60%within 18 h.There was no significant difference in degradation rate in the range of inoculation dosage of 1%to 11%,temperature of 25 to 35℃,pH of 5 to 8,rotational speed of shaker of 50 to 200 r·min-1,and the degradation effect of 20 to 250 mg·L-1 was good.The strain contains trzN,atzB and atzC genes,and can degrade atrazine to cyanuric acid.G1-N1A provided strain resources for atrazine degradation in northern cold areas,and had a good application prospect in bioreremediation.
