慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者TH1/TH2相关细胞因子失衡:Meta分析
Imbalance of TH1 cytokines,TH2 cytokines in patients with chronic hepatitis B:A meta-analysis

Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the levels of TH1/TH2 related cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with chronic viral hepatitis B(CHB)through meta-analysis,and further explore the reasons for the differences in TH1/TH2 related cy-tokine research results.Methods:This study was certified by the international meta-analysis INPLASY platform recognize certifi-cate(INPLASY agreement certification number:20232004).By searching PubMed,Embase,the Cochrane,Web of Science and Chinese hownet database,CHB patients peripheral blood Th1/Th2 cytokines(TNF-α,INF-γ,IL-4,IL-10)levels of case-control study was collected,limited to build library retrieval time until May 30,2023.Two researchers independently per-formed literature filtering,data extraction and bias evaluation,using Revman5.4 and Stata17 software in Meta analysis.Results:This meta-analysis retrieved the 1 304 studys,eventually included six Meta analysis.Results show:CHB patients peripheral blood TNF-α level lower than healthy controls(HC)[SMD=-1.86,95%CI(-3.36,-0.35),I2=88%,P=0.02).The difference between the CHB patients'and HC group's of peripheral blood INF-γ level was not statistical significant[SMD=-2.03,95%CI(-0.90,0.43),I2=74%,P=0.49).CHB patients peripheral blood IL-4 levels was higher than the HC group[SMD=1.63,95%CI(0.55,2.72),I2=94%,P=0.003).CHB patients peripheral blood IL-10 was significantly higher than that of HC group[SMD=4.39,95%CI(2.86,5.91),I2=82%,P<0.000 01].Conclusion:Th1/Th2 related cytokines in the peripheral blood of CHB patients are abnormally expressed,playing a crucial role in the pathogenesis of CHB.关键词
