反复发作腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎的研究进展
Recent advances in the study of persistent peritoneal dialysis-associated peritonitis
摘要
Abstract
Persistent peritoneal dialysis-associated peritonitis(PDAP)is the leading cause of peritoneal fibrosis,hemodialysis transfer,and death in patients,and are classified primarily as recurrent,relapsing,or repeat peritonitis.Persistent PDAP is associ-ated with higher risks of technical failure and mortality,and lower rates of complete cure,compared with first-episode PDAP.The details of its epidemiology,diagnosis,treatment,and prevention have not been fully elucidated,so it is crucial to improve clinical understanding of the different subtypes of Persisten PDAP.This article aims to enhance the understanding of persistent PDAP and provide suggestions for the next step in the treatment and prevention of Persistent PDAP,taking into account the clinical studies conducted in recent years at home and abroad.关键词
