Abstract
Taking a certain public institution in Shenzhen as the research object,energy-saving renovations are carried out on its air conditioning units,energy management systems,and the utilization of renewable energy on the roof,etc.,to verify the feasibility and implementation effect of the energy performance contracting project.The results show that after the renovation,the energy-saving rate of the project reached 24.01%,saving approximately 150.34 t of standard coal and over 500 000 yuan in electricity fees annually.The project has achieved remarkable benefits in both economy and energy-saving,providing a reference for the promotion of similar projects.关键词
