没食子酸辛酯固体分散体的制备及表征
Preparation and Characterization of Octyl Gallate Solid Dispersion

Abstract
In order to improve the solubility and drug release performance of octyl gallate(OG),the amorphous solid dispersion of Octyl gallate(OG)was prepared by melting method using Poloxam 188 as the carrier.Orthogonal experiments were used to optimize the preparation process,and the solid dispersion was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that the optimum process parameters of solid dispersion system were preparation temperature 80℃,stirring time 85.21 min and curing time 8.66 h.The solubility of octyl gallate in distilled water at 25℃was 9.02 μg·mL-1,and the solubility of solid dispersion was 35.74 mg·mL-1,and the solubility was increased from insoluble to dissolved.The results show that the surface microstructure of the solid dispersion changes compared with OG.OG exists in an amorphous state in the solid dispersion,and the crystallization characteristic diffraction peak disappears.The solid dispersion of octyl gallate was successfully prepared,and the solubility and drug release performance of octyl gallate were effectively improved.关键词
