行星齿轮减速机轮齿仿真受力分析与疲劳寿命预测
Simulation stress analysis and fatigue life prediction of planetary gear reducer teeth
摘要
Abstract
The gear fatigue damage was the main factor affecting the performance and service life of the planetary gear reducer.In this paper,the planetary gear set of a pneumatic nail gun reducer was modeled using SolidWorks software.The ANSYS Workbench transient structure module was applied to contact the planetary gear set mechanism with the surface grid section,and the equivalent elastic strain,equivalent stress cloud,and safety factor of the contact positions were analyzed.Fatigue Tool was used to predict the fatigue life of the planetary gear set mechanism.The results showed that the maximum stress concentration and the main failure part occurred in the planetary wheel set.The minimum safety factor of the planetary gear set was 1.06,which met the overall structural safety design requirements,and the high cycle fatigue damage degree of the sun gear depended on the material selection and the manufacturing process of the parts.关键词
