摘要

Abstract

To achieve dynamic calibration of the photoelectric deflection meter to ensure the accuracy of dynamic deflection measurements,a non-contact dynamic calibration method based on a display screen was investigated.The feasibility of using a dynamic light spot generated on the display screen to replace the traditional LED target of the photoelectric deflection meter and simulate dynamic displacement was analyzed.The structure of the calibration device,the calibration method,and its principles were described.Experiments were conducted,and the measurement results were analyzed in terms of the maximum value of dynamic deflection,vibration frequency,and the mapping relationship between deflections in the X and Y directions.The experimental results showed that at a distance of 10 m,the relative error between the maximum deflection measured by the photoelectric deflection meter and the standard maximum deflection was no more than 3%;at a distance of 50 m,the relative error was no more than 4%.After Fourier transform analysis,the frequency corresponding to the measured maximum amplitude was consistent with the actual vibration frequency.The method can accurately and conveniently achieve dynamic calibration of the photoelectric deflection meter.
