锅炉飞灰含碳量是衡量燃烧效率的关键指标,过高的飞灰含碳量会造成资源浪费、增加成本以及降低热效率等问题.以某电厂1号、2号锅炉为研究对象,针对其飞灰含碳量偏高问题,从煤种特性、配风方式、氧量控制及制粉系统等方面分析成因,并提出优化配煤、调整二次风比、确定最佳氧量、改进制粉运行等措施.结果表明,这些措施明显降低了飞灰含碳量,有效提升锅炉热效率,减少运行成本与环境污染,对电厂节能降耗具有重要意义.

The carbon content in boiler fly ash is a key indicator for measuring combustion efficiency.Excessively high carbon content in fly ash can lead to resource waste,increased costs,and reduced thermal efficiency,among other issues.Taking the No.1 and No.2 boilers of a certain power plant as the research objects,aiming at the problem of high carbon content in their fly ash,the causes are analyzed from aspects such as coal type characteristics,air distribution mode,oxygen content control and pulverizing system,and measures such as optimizing coal blending,adjusting the secondary air ratio,determining the optimal oxygen content and improving the pulverizing operation are proposed.The results show that these measures have significantly reduced the carbon content in fly ash,effectively improved the thermal efficiency of boilers,reduced operating costs and environmental pollution,and are of great significance for energy-saving and consumption reduction in power plants.
