摘要

Abstract

When performing multi-element analysis of regional geochemical samples,researchers found that traditional methods often require multiple pretreatment approaches due to the wide variety of elements to be analyzed.This study uses a single sample digestion system composed of reverse aqua regia,hydrofluoric acid,and perchloric acid,and employs three instruments—inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES),and atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS)—to jointly determine 34 elements in regional geochemical samples,including K,Na,Ca,Mg,Al,Fe,P,Rb,Mo,Li,Be,Sc,V,Cr,Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Ga,Sr,Cd,Sb,Cs,Ba,W,Pb,Bi,U,Tl,La,Ce,Se,and S.The method was validated by using two national standard reference materials for soil and stream sediment,GSD-9 and GSS-16.The analysis results show that the relative standard deviations(RSDs)of the measured values for each element range from 0.40%to 4.62%,the logarithmic errors of accuracy(ΔlgC)are all less than 0.05,and the detection limits are 0.006~6.2 μg/g,all of which meet the requirements of Quality Management Specifications for Laboratory Testing in Geology and Mineral Resources(DZ/T 0130.2006).This method requires only one sample digestion operation,significantly improving work efficiency and reducing experimental costs,making it particularly suitable for the determination of large batches of regional geochemical samples.
