自制羟乙基淀粉130/0.4的稳定性和安全性评价及其腹膜透析液对犬的安全性分析
Stability and Safety Evaluation of Self-made Hydroxyethyl Starch 130/0.4 and Safety Analysis of Peritoneal Dialysate for Dogs

Abstract
In order to evaluate the safety of self-made hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 peritoneal dialysate for dogs,firstly,the stability of self-made hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 peritoneal dialysate was tested by high temperature,high humidity and strong light irradiation environment.Next,12 dogs were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated with self-made hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 peritoneal dialysis solution,while the control group was treated with normal saline dialysis for 14 days.Finally,animal blood cell analyzer and automatic veterinary analyzer were used to detect physical signs,blood routine and blood biochemical indexes.After 14 days of dialysis,ipsilateral kidney,spleen and liver were collected and observed by HE staining.The results showed that the pH of the high temperature group was significantly decreased on day 10 and 30 compared with day 0(P<0.05),and a small amount of flocculent was deposited in the dialysate on day 30.There were no significant changes in body temperature,body weight,respiratory rate and heart rate in experimental group compared with normal saline group(P>0.05).Blood r-outine results showed that there was no continuous significant difference between the experimental group and the normal saline group(P>0.05).Blood biochemical results showed that the experimental group had no significant changes in blood biochemical indexes and were within the normal range after 14 days of dialysis compared with the normal saline group(P>0.05).HE staining results of patho-logical tissue sections showed that there were no abnormal pathological changes in kidney,liver and spleen in experimental group and normal saline group.Conclusion:The character of self-made hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 peritoneal dialysate changes under high temperature environment,and has no effect on the physical signs,blood routine,blood biochemistry and kidney,liver and spleen tis-sues of dogs,and has a good safety.关键词
