Chinese expert consensus on robotic transumbilical single-site laparoendoscopic surgery in gynecology(2025)
摘要
Abstract
Compared with traditional laparoscopic surgery,robot-assisted surgery offers advantages such as shorter operative time,reduced intraoperative bleeding,and faster postoperative recovery.With the rapid development of robotic laparoendoscopic single-site surgery(R-LESS)in gynecology,its minimally invasive nature,precision,and postoperative recovery benefits have become increasingly prominent.However,this technology also imposes higher demands on the operators'professional skills and training systems.Based on the latest domestic and international research progress and the clinical experience of gynecological experts,this consensus establishes a phased progressive training framework,identifies target trainee groups,and systematically outlines four major training modules:theoretical knowledge learning,simulator operation training,animal experiments,and clinical practice.A standardized assessment system has also been developed.Special emphasis is placed on cultivating intraoperative emergency response capabilities,teamwork awareness,and ethical safety principles.The consensus recommends the establishment of regional training centers and certification systems to effectively shorten the learning curve through standardized teaching,ensuring the safety and efficacy of technology dissemination.This consensus aims to provide gynecologists with standardized training criteria and scientific evidence for R-LESS,thereby improving clinical operation quality and promoting the safe popularization and healthy development of this technology.关键词
