智慧医疗多模态监测系统在胃肠道肿瘤手术患者围手术期营养支持与免疫调节中的应用
Application of intelligent medical multimodal monitoring system in perioperative nutritional support and immunomodulation of patients undergoing gastrointestinal tumor surgery
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of a intelligent medical multimodal monitoring system in perioperative nutritional support and immunomodulation of patients undergoing gastrointestinal tumor surgery.Methods:Clinical data of 117 gastrointestinal tumor patients who were treated at Tangdu Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into the conventional group(n=58,receiving traditional monitoring)and intelligent group(n=59,receiving intelligent medical multimodal monitoring)based on monitoring methods.Perioperative indicators,nutritional parameters,immune function,vital signs,and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The intelligent group showed smaller preoperative-postoperative body weight differences,shorter drainage tube retention time and length of hospital stay,and earlier time to first flatus(P<0.05).At postoperative day 7,albumin,hemoglobin,and prealbumin levels were higher in the intelligent group(P<0.05).At postoperative day 10,IgG,IgA,IgM,and T-lymphocyte subset levels were significantly elevated in the intelligent group(P<0.05).Vital signs(blood pressure and heart rate)changed significantly over time(P<0.05),but no statistically significant differences were observed in intergroup difference and interaction effects(P>0.05).The intelligent group had lower overall postoperative complication rates(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intelligent multimodal monitoring system can reduce surgical stress,accelerate recovery,improve nutritional/immune status,and lower complication risks in patients undergoing gastrointestinal tumor surgery.关键词
