基于舒适理论的保温防护措施在机器人辅助全膀胱切除术中的应用
Application of thermal protection measures based on comfort theory in robot-assisted radical cystectomy

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of thermal protection measures based on comfort theory in robot-assisted radical cystectomy.Methods:80 patients who underwent robot-assisted radical cystectomy in the Department of Urology at Shenzhen People's Hospital from December 2019 to December 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40)using the random number table method.Both groups received routine perioperative care,while thermal protection measures based on comfort theory was implemented additionally in the observation group.Perioperative body temperature changes,anesthesia recovery time,comfort levels,hypothermia incidence,and related complications were compared between the two groups.Results:No significant differences in body temperature were observed between the two groups at T0 and T1(P>0.05).At T2 and T3,body temperatures in both groups began to decline significantly,and temperatures gradually increased at T4-T8,with the observation group showing higher body temperatures at T2-T8(P<0.05).No significant difference in surgical duration was found between the two groups(P>0.05).The observation group had less intraoperative blood loss than the control group,and the postoperative recovery times of bowel sounds,flatus,defecation,and length of hospital stay were all shorter in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly shorter times for spontaneous breathing recovery,consciousness recovery,full awakening,and Post-anesthetic care unit(PACU)stay(P<0.05).The incidence of hypothermia and related complications in the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group scored higher in physical comfort,psychological/spiritual comfort,environmental comfort,sociocultural comfort,and total comfort score compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of thermal protection measures based on comfort theory in robot-assisted radical cystectomy can effectively prevent perioperative hypothermia,reduce related complications,improve anesthesia recovery quality,promote postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery,enhance patient comfort,and accelerate postoperative recovery.关键词
