Key nursing collaboration points for a case of robot-assisted Madigan procedure combined with cystolithotomy and ureterolithotomy(with surgical video)
摘要
Abstract
This paper reports a case of Da Vinci robot-assisted Madigan procedure combined with cystolithotomy and unilateral ureterolithotomy,with summarization of its key nursing collaboration points and experience.Preoperative preparations included thorough medical communication and spatial planning of the robotic surgical system according to the surgical approach.Intraoperative measures focused on surgical position management,skin care,hypothermia prevention,and establishing emergency response protocols,with the scrub nurse ensuring precise instrument management and efficient coordination.The procedure was successfully completed in 232 minutes without intraoperative pressure ulcers.The patient experienced no severe postoperative complications and was discharged after removing the left drainage tube on postoperative day 3 and the right drainage tube on postoperative day 7.This nursing experience provides valuable reference for domestic implementation of similar complex robot-assisted surgeries.关键词
