摘要

Abstract

Objective:To summarize key nursing coordination points for the first case of robot-assisted allogeneic renal transplantation in Shandong province.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on one case of robot-assisted allogeneic renal transplantation in Shandong province,focusing on preoperative preparation,intraoperative coordination,and instrument management.Results:The transplantation was successfully completed using the Da Vinci robotic surgical system.The procedure lasted 8 hours with an intraoperative blood loss of 50 mL,requiring no transfusion.The patient experienced no complications and was discharged after surgery smoothly.Conclusion:Compared to open surgery,robot-assisted allogeneic renal transplantation takes slightly longer but shows no significant difference in vascular anastomosis time.However,it has advantages including minimal trauma,aesthetic incisions,and faster postoperative recovery.Comprehensive preoperative preparation,precise intraoperative coordination,and meticulous management of positioning and body temperature are crucial for ensuring perioperative safety and enhancing fast recovery in robot-assisted allogeneic renal transplantation.
