摘要

Abstract

As a heating equipment using gas as fuel,gas hot water boiler can significantly reduce environmental pollution and meet society's increasing demand for clean energy.At the same time,the gas boiler system is a complex nonlinear mul-tiple-input multiple-output system,in which the combustion control system is a crucial component in boiler operation.This paper takes the small gas-fired hot water boiler system as the research object,establishes a system model of the boiler,de-signs a boiler combustion control system based on STM32F407 single chip microcontroller,and designs a fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm based on its characteristics.Simulation and comparative experiments show that the control method de-signed in this paper has stable behavior and is better than the traditional PID control method in terms of control performance such as overshoot and adjustment time.
