由于机床加工速度和路径控制智能性较差,加工精度和工件质量受到影响.为此,研究了基于注意力机制和位置误差的数控机床加减速智能控制方法.构建数控机床运动学模型,计算数控机床内圈结构与外圈结构的运动频率理论值;以注意力机制跟踪机床运动轨迹,对数控机床的加减速尺度系数加以确定;将尺度系数作为控制参数,参考内圈与外圈结构的运动位置节点,基于位置误差获取加减速过程中的时间插补周期;按照模糊向量转换规则确定控制变量,结合插补周期反演推理数控机床加减速控制量,智能控制数控机床加减速过程.实验结果表明:选择步进电机作为数控机床的驱动电力系统,分别对电机供给的三相运动曲线进行控制,新方法能够实现较为理想状态的控制效果,可以保证该类型数控电机的加工精度,具有应用价值.

Due to poor intelligence in machine tool processing speed and path control,processing accuracy and workpiece quality are affected.Therefore,an intelligent control method for acceleration and deceleration of CNC machine tools based on attention mechanism and position error is studied.Construct the kinematic model of CNC machine tool,and calculate the theoretical values of the motion frequency of the inner and outer ring structures of CNC machine tools;Using attention mechanism to track the motion trajectory of machine tools and determine the acceleration and deceleration scale coefficients of CNC machine tools;Using the scale coefficient as the control parameter and referring to the motion position nodes of the in-ner and outer ring structures,the time interpolation period during the acceleration and deceleration process is obtained based on the position error;Determine the control variables according to the fuzzy vector transformation rules,and use interpola-tion period inversion to infer the acceleration and deceleration control amount of CNC machine tools,intelligently controlling the acceleration and deceleration process of CNC machine tools.The experimental results show that selecting a stepper motor as the driving power system of a CNC machine tool and controlling the three-phase motion curve supplied by the motor sepa-rately can achieve ideal control effects and ensure the machining accuracy of this type of CNC motor,which has practical val-ue.
