摘要

Abstract

[Objective]In order to investigate the effect of pressure pulsation of pumping units on the structure of the Dixin pumping station powerhouse of the Beibu Gulf Water Resources Allocation Project,this study analyzes and evaluates the vi-bration characteristics of the powerhouse induced by pressure pulsation of the pumping units in Dixin pumping station.[Method]Pressure pulsation loads obtained from the model test were applied to the full flow passages of the 3#and 4#unit sections of the pumping station powerhouse.The loads were treated as a harmonic load,and the structural vibration response of the powerhouse was calculated under different pressure pulsation frequencies using the harmonic response analysis method.The structural safety was analyzed and evaluated according to the control standards of powerhouse structural vibration.[Results]The results showed that the vibration response of the powerhouse under normal head was much smaller than that under abnormally low head.The vibration response amplitude under low-frequency excitation was larger than that under high-frequency excitation.Under low-frequency excitation,the vibration response was mainly in the vertical direction,while under high-frequency excitation,significant horizontal vibration occurred.The largest vibration response was observed at the genera-tor-level floor,near the hole of the crane and at the upper foundation of the machine pier.[Conclusion]Under abnormal low head condition,vibration acceleration exceeds human health standards,and vibration mitigation measures should be imple-mented during operation.The vibrations of each floor plate are relatively pronounced when the excitation frequency is 9 times and 18 times the rotational frequency.The maximum vibration response of the floor plate is observed at the windshield level.
