PBL与LBL教学在眼科住院医师规范化培训中应用效果的系统评价
Systematic Review of the Effect of PBL Teaching in the Standardized Training of Ophthalmology Residents

Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the ef-fects of problem-based learning(PBL)versus traditional lecture-based learning(LBL)in the standardized training of ophthalmology residents.Methods A computer-based search was conducted in PubMed,Wiley,Web of Science,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP Chi-nese Journal Full-text Database(VIP),and Wanfang Data-base to collect comparative studies on the effects of PBL teaching and traditional teaching in the standardized train-ing of ophthalmology residents.The included stdudies com-pared the theoretical performance,practical performance,and satisfaction between PBL and LBL.Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results A total of 7 studies were included.The results of the Meta-analysis showed statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of theoretical performance(WMD=7.25,95%CI:3.17~11.33,P<0.05),practical performance(WMD=11.51,95%CI:3.21~19.81,P<0.05),and satisfac-tion(OR=6.00,95%CI:2.31~15.60,P<0.05).Conclusion In the standardized training of ophthalmology residents,PBL teaching is better than LBL in terms of theoretical per-formance,practical performance and satisfaction.This sug-gests that introducing PBL into the standardized training of ophthalmology introducing PBL into the standardized train-ing of ophthalmology residents can achieve better teaching outcomes.关键词
