摘要
Abstract
The formation of cracks in continuous concrete box girders is attributed to multifactorial causes spanning construction practices, design parameters, and operational maintenance. This study integrates a representative bridge case with advanced detection techniques to evaluate crack dimensions, concrete cover thickness, material strength, structural stress distribution, and load-bearing capacity. From a construction-oriented perspective, the research systematically investigates the root causes of cracking, classifies crack typologies, and assesses crack severity using quantitative damage indices.Targeted remediation technologies-including crack injection, external prestressing, and localized reinforcement-are proposed based on failure mechanisms and serviceability requirements. The methodology and outcomes provide actionable guidelines and decision-making references for crack diagnosis, risk mitigation, and lifecycle management in concrete box girder bridge systems.关键词
