Abstract
Objective This study aimed to evaluate the teaching efficacy of the Flipped Classroom(FC)combined with Case-Based Collaborative Learning(CBCL)in stan-dardized ultrasound training for resident physicians.Meth-ods A total of 21 resident physicians were enrolled as par-ticipants.Prior to class,FC was employed for self-directed learning,while in-class sessions integrated CBCL with in-structor-led reinforcement.Knowledge assessments were conducted before and after CBCL implementation,with scores statistically analyzed.Additionally,participants pro-vided feedback by rating various aspects of the teaching process.Results Comparative analysis of pre-and post-in-struction knowledge test scores and teaching feedback re-vealed a significant improvement in post-test scores.Among the feedback items,"cultivation of teamwork skills"received the highest rating,whereas"appropriate-ness of pre-class learning and preparation time"scored the lowest.Conclusion The findings demonstrate that the FC-CBCL model effectively enhances knowledge acquisi-tion and clinical reasoning skills among trainees.However,.关键词
