摘要

Abstract

Medical imaging technology internship holds significant importance in cultivating high-quality medical imaging technology talents.This article explores the strate-gies and practices of intern management,aiming to en-hance teaching quality and students'professional adaptabil-ity,laying a solid foundation for future career development.In the preparatory stage before internship,it is necessary to formulate a detailed internship plan,select high-quality teaching bases,and conduct systematic training.During the internship process,the supervising teacher plays a pivotal role in enhancing students'clinical thinking ability through one-on-one guidance and case discussions.Internship logs and image quality control learning serve as important tools for recording and reflecting on internship experiences.Schools and teaching bases should strengthen supervision through regular visits and questionnaire surveys,and con-tinuously optimize internship management strategies through feedback.After the internship,a comprehensive evaluation of student performance is conducted,a summary meeting is organized,feedback is collected,and internship arrangements are improved.Teaching bases are regularly evaluated to ensure that students learn in the optimal envi-ronment.Scientific intern management strategies not only enhance teaching quality but also promote progress in the field of medical imaging technology.
