Abstract
With the acceleration of vocational education reform and digital upgrading of the dental medical industry,traditional training models are unable to meet the current demand for dental technical talents.Therefore,based on the characteristics of the profession,analyze the current sit-uation and existing problems of professional training,and propose an innovative"2+2+2"talent training model through empirical research at Tianjin Medical College;Building a collaborative community between schools and enterprises;Promote the"dual mentor+project system";Re-construct the clinical context of the curriculum system;Es-tablish a dynamic coupling mechanism between industry and education;Create a"learning by doing"model based on real-life situations,providing theoretical references and practical paths for further deepening"school enterprise co-operation and industry education integration"in the field of oral medicine technology.关键词
